How do I get a quote?+
Complete the quote form with your contact details, service address, room count, pets, and cleaning history. We will review the request and contact you to discuss pricing and availability. Submitting a request does not book an appointment.
Which areas do you serve?+
We serve Columbia, Elgin, Lexington, and Camden, South Carolina. Include your full service address so we can confirm coverage and any travel considerations.
Who qualifies for the $10 discount?+
State employees, senior citizens, veterans, active military members, and first responders qualify for one $10 discount per cleaning job. Select your qualifying group in the quote form. The discount does not stack when more than one category applies.
Can you help with pet stains and odors?+
Tell us about accidents, odors, affected rooms, and how long the issue has been present. We can discuss appropriate options after assessing the carpet. Permanent stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.
How long will my carpet take to dry?+
Drying time depends on the carpet, cleaning method, airflow, humidity, and conditions in your home. Ask for a drying estimate when your job is assessed.
Do I need to move furniture?+
Please remove small personal items and fragile belongings before service. Discuss heavier furniture and access needs with us when confirming your quote.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?+
The right schedule depends on your carpet manufacturer’s guidance, traffic, pets, and household needs. Share your last cleaning date so we can discuss a suitable schedule.
Do you clean sofas and chairs?+
Yes, we offer upholstery cleaning. Include the type and number of pieces in your request, and we will review fabric suitability and condition.
