Information you share

Our quote form collects your name, service address, phone number, optional email, cleaning needs, pet concerns, cleaning history, and any qualifying discount category you select. Residential requests may also include optional photos of areas to be cleaned. Please avoid including sensitive information in free-text notes.

How it is used

We use your information to review your cleaning request, contact you, prepare a quote, and coordinate service. A quote request is not a confirmed booking. We do not sell your quote information or add you to a marketing list through this form.

Storage and access

Quote information is stored in our website database. Uploaded quote photos are stored privately and are available only to the business owner through a protected dashboard, not in the public gallery. Photos are resized in your browser to remove embedded location metadata before upload. Hosting providers process information as needed to operate the site. We retain inquiries as needed for follow-up, service, and business records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Cookies and other websites

The hosting platform may use essential authentication and security cookies. This site does not currently add advertising or analytics trackers. Google links open external services with their own privacy practices. If address suggestions are enabled, address text you type is sent to Google Maps to find matching addresses. You may enter your address manually instead. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy. Customer addresses are not published in our gallery or service pages.
